Her body was found at the bottom of a cliff, so everyone assumes she died by suicide, but Annaleigh is sure she wouldn't. And the conclusion to Superman Smashes the Klan is very much hopeful and very much, in fact, one of the best Superman stories that one could ask for.Īs discussed during my review of Superman Smashes the Klan #1, this story is Yang’s adaptation of an old 1940’s radio play, and the passion that Yang has for both the source material and character is brilliantly evident. Hope that even throughout all of the uncertainties that life has, we’ll get through. Hope that we are capable of becoming better ourselves. Hope for a tomorrow that is better than today.
